By accessing or using the services of Omphile Pest Solutions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Omphile Pest Solutions, including pest inspections, treatments, and related services. By booking or engaging our services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein and all applicable South African laws and regulations.
Omphile Pest Solutions offers a comprehensive range of professional pest control services including: • Pest Inspections — Thorough assessment of residential and commercial properties to identify existing or potential pest infestations. • Pest Treatments — Targeted application of approved pesticides to control and eliminate cockroaches, rodents, ants, bed bugs, termites, and other common pests. • Fumigation Services — Professional fumigation for severe infestations, including wood-borer treatment and storage fumigation. All services are performed by trained and certified technicians using products registered with South African regulatory authorities.
All bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website. A confirmed booking constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns. We will provide reasonable notice and offer an alternative appointment at your convenience.
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to revision following a physical site inspection. Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon completion of services. For larger contracts or fumigation projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required prior to commencement. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), cash, and card payments. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest at the South African prime lending rate plus 2% per annum, calculated from the due date until the date of full payment.
Omphile Pest Solutions stands behind the quality of our work. Subject to the conditions below: • Coverage: Our guarantee applies to the specific pest(s) treated and the premises identified in your service agreement. • Re-Treatment Policy: Should the treated pest infestation recur within 30 days of the initial treatment, we will provide one complimentary re-treatment — provided that client responsibilities (Section 6) have been met and access to the property is granted. • Limitations: We cannot guarantee complete eradication in cases of severe or chronic infestations, or where the infestation source originates from adjacent properties, shared walls, or structures beyond our reasonable control. Results may also vary based on environmental conditions and client compliance.
To ensure effective pest treatment and maintain the validity of any service guarantee, clients are required to: • Provide unrestricted access to all areas of the property requiring treatment at the agreed appointment time. • Disclose the presence of pets, children, elderly or immune-compromised individuals, and any known chemical sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to treatment. • Inform our technicians of any previous pest treatments, pesticide products previously used, or structural issues that may affect treatment outcomes. • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians, including food/utensil storage, covering surfaces, vacating premises, and ventilation requirements.
The health and safety of our clients, occupants, and staff is our highest priority. All chemical treatments are conducted in accordance with the South African Pest Control Act and applicable SANS standards. Vacating Premises: All occupants — including pets — are required to vacate treated areas for a minimum of 2 to 4 hours following chemical treatments, or as directed by our technicians. The specific re-entry period will be communicated clearly before treatment begins. Ventilation: Treated areas must be thoroughly ventilated before re-entry. Our technicians will provide specific post-treatment ventilation instructions. Omphile Pest Solutions accepts no liability for health issues arising from a failure to follow our health and safety instructions.
All content on the Omphile Pest Solutions website and in our service materials — including text, graphics, logos, images, reports, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Omphile Pest Solutions and is protected under South African copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Omphile Pest Solutions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African law, Omphile Pest Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services — including but not limited to property damage resulting from pre-existing structural conditions, loss of revenue, or disruption to business operations. Our total liability for any single claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. POPIA Compliance: Omphile Pest Solutions is committed to full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013. All personal information collected in the course of providing our services is processed lawfully, transparently, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Omphile Pest Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon direct notification to clients. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
